The HarborView Marina will be closing at the end of March due to “safety concerns about the current condition of the fixed pier.” An email was sent to the marina’s customers on March 14th.
HarborView Marina is one part of the HarborView community. The community also has separately-owned assets including townhomes, two condominium buildings, a retail building, and parking lots and structures.
In addition to boat slips, HarborView Marina is home to liveaboard users who use their boat as their residence.
The end of the pier at HarborView Marina was once home to bar, restaurant, and pool called Tiki Barge.

Dear Valued HarborView Marine Customers:
It is with regret that we must inform you that we have no choice other than to close the marina effective as of March 31, 2025. We just received a report from our marine engineer advising us that this decision is required because of safety concerns about the current condition of the fixed pier. Although we recognize that this news is on short notice, our primary concern is for the safety of our customers and we require that all boats be removed from the marina no later than March 31st. We intend to issue refunds for any prepaid slip dockage beyond that date.
