The Subway at 1040 Light St. in Federal Hill closed last week. Subway has been open at the location for more than 15 years.
The 1,950 sq. ft. retail space is up for lease and the leasing team told SouthBMore.com that interest has been “very high.”
Subway still has a location at Southside Marketplace in Riverside. This space relocated and expanded within the shopping center in 2015.
