Fried & Fries opened in recent months at 1016 S. Charles St. in Federal Hill. Fried and Fries takes over a storefront that was the longtime home of Mi & Yu Noodle Bar.
Fried & Fries, a new concept by Kazi Hasan, has opened three location in its first six months of business. The other two locations are in Towson and California, MD.
The menu features wing platters ranging from five to 50 pieces with the option of regular wings, boneless wings, and whole wings. Wet flavors are wet ghost pepper, hot, mild, Japanese teriyaki, tikka masala, Asian sweet chili, mango habanero, honey mustard, and BBQ. Dry rub flavors are al pastor, chipotle, dry ghost pepper, garlic pepper, Old Bay, lemon pepper, jerk, ranch, and cajun.
The menu also includes sandwiches, such as burgers, turkey burgers, veggie burgers, grilled or fried chicken sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and po’ boys; chicken tenders; sides, such as French fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks; seafood platters; salads topped with Fried and Fries different proteins; desserts; and kids meals.
The dishes at Fried & Fries are available for carryout or delivery. There are also counters on the inside for dining in.
Fried & Fries is open in Federal Hill on Sunday to Wednesday from 11am to 10pm, Thursday from 11am to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11am to 1am.
