Cloudy Donut Co. Officially Closes
Cloudy Donut Co., a vegan donut shop that opened in Federal Hill in 2021, but has been temporarily closed for more than a year, is now officially closed, according to The Baltimore Banner. The company, which started in Hamilton-Lauraville, is focusing on its two New York locations.

Clip Art Hair Design Inc., a salon at 400 E. Fort Ave. in Riverside/Federal Hill, recently celebrated its 20th anniversary in South Baltimore.

Diamondback Expanding to the County
Diamondback Brewing Co. is teaming up with Aveley Farms Coffee Roasters on a new 4,800 sq. ft. location in Timonium at 9490 Deereco Rd.
From Baltimore Business Journal:
Aveley Farms will move its roasting operations to the Timonium space, which will also feature a small brew system for experimental or small-batch beers and a shared retail area with around 90 seats for Aveley’s cafe and Diamondback’s taproom.
The cafe portion will offer an espresso bar, drip coffee, cold brews, pastries, toasts and breakfast burritos. The taproom will have 10 rotating drafts, beer-to-go and a pizza menu similar to Diamondback’s Locust Point location.
Sanctuary Title Opens on Fort Ave.
Sanctuary Title has opened a second location at 454 E. Fort Ave. in Riverside. The title company’s other location is in Bel Air.
The storefront was the longtime home to an insurance office and was renovated in recent months.
Harbor Lights Tanning Studio Reopens
Harbor Lights Tanning Studio has reopened at 1609 Whetstone Way at McHenry Row in Locust Point. The company opened its Locust Point location in 2014 and left its longtime suite across the street at 1614 Whetstone Way last year.
Harbor Lights’ former suite is now McHenry Row Cleaners. Harbor Lights’ new home fills a space vacated by Mr. Lee’s Dry Cleaning.
New Tattoo Shop in Federal Hill
Light Street Tattoo opened in recent months at 1442 Light St. in Federal Hill. The tattoo shop takes over a storefront that was the longtime home of an iPhone repair store.
Light Street Tattoo offers tattoos from Adam Jeffrey and Troy Destromp.
